The website feels rushed and honestly looks heavily vibe coded without proper review or quality assurance. That is not what I expect from a company building AI products. A landing page is the first impression of a business and should be carefully audited before going live. There are several issues that immediately reduce trust. The site claims that 1,000+ people are using the product, yet the “See Customers” button does not work. When a company presents numbers like this but the supporting content is missing or broken, it becomes difficult to verify those claims. The App Store reviews also raise concerns. Many of them read as if they were generated by AI or written by people closely associated with the company rather than genuine users. Whether that is actually the case or not, that was the impression I got while reading them. The application itself has noticeable problems. Background app refresh does not appear to work reliably. Text formatting is also inconsistent. Instead of rendering content properly, the app sometimes displays raw formatting, which makes the output look unfinished and unprofessional. It feels like only a limited set of formats is being handled correctly. Overall, the product gives the impression of being launched too early. It feels like someone prompted an AI to “make me a landing page for my business” and pushed it into production without enough testing, validation, or attention to detail. Building software requires more than generating code. It requires careful engineering, quality assurance, honest marketing, and thorough auditing before users are asked to trust the product. At its current state, I cannot recommend it. **Developer response:** Thanks for the detailed feedback, we read every word of this. You are right on two counts, and they are already fixed in the next update: the markdown rendering that sometimes showed raw formatting, and the unreliable background refresh. Genuine bugs, no excuses. The broken "See Customers" link is on us too and is being corrected. On the rest, respectfully: the 1,000+ users are real paying customers, mostly companies running innoGPT across their teams, and our reviews are from real users, not staff or AI. We would never fake either. We are a small team shipping fast, and fast means rough edges sometimes. But the engineering is real, and feedback like yours is exactly how it gets sharper. If you are open to giving it another try after the update, we would genuinely value it. ### 2/5 — Wäre toll wenn es funktioniert *2026-06-02* Ich wollte eigentlich einen Wechsel von Chatgpt auf InnoGPT, nur leider hängt die App dauernd, Pompts weden gesendet man sieht die 3 Punkte und dann kommt als Antwort: NICHTS. Das geht seit Wochen so, über den Browser funktioniert es, doch die App ist anscheinend nur zum Löschen geeignet. Es wäre toll wenn ihr die App zum Laufen bringen könntet. Oder testet ihr die App nicht auf iOS, und nur im internen Firmennetzwerks? **Developer response:** Sorry, das ist ein echter Bug: Die Antwort wird zwar gestreamt, kommt in der App-Version aber nicht durch (im Browser dagegen schon). Die Ursache ist bereits gefunden und behoben. Dein Verdacht stimmt sogar halb: Der Fehler trat nur im echten Release auf, nicht in unseren internen Tests. Gibst du der App nach dem Update noch eine Chance? ### 2/5 — ! *2026-05-23* Man muss immer in der App bleiben. Also man muss die App immer offen halten, sonst kommt die Fehlermeldung: „Die Internetverbindung ist unterbrochen. Außerdem erkennt die App die Sprache noch nicht sehr zuverlässig sie hat Schwierigkeiten damit, zu erkennen, in welcher Sprache man spricht. Wenn man sich im Chat befindet und die App gerade etwas aufschreibt, kann man nicht nach oben scrollen die App springt einen automatisch immer wieder nach unten Verlässt man den Chat während die App noch arbeitet, wird der erstellte Inhalt anschließend gar nicht oder nur unvollständig angezeigt. Gerne würde ich die App upgraden , aber nur wenn die Probleme behoben werden **Developer response:** Hallo, vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback! Spracherkennung: Die automatische Erkennung läuft jetzt deutlich präziser. Autoscroll: Du kannst nun während der Generierung ungestört nach oben scrollen. Chat verlassen: Inhalte werden jetzt auch im Hintergrund vollständig generiert. Lade dir einfach die neueste Version von innoGPT herunter. Aber wieso verlangt die innogpt Webseite trotz angeblichem Fokus auf Datenschutz x cookies usw zb mit Facebook und Google die nicht abschaltbar sind? angeblich notwendige und mit berechtigtem Interesse. Ich möchte nicht getrackt werden. Also auch kein Facebook Pixel oder Google Fonts zwangsbeglückt. Darüber hinaus ist die Sicherheitsarchitektur nur auf Nachfrage erkennbar. Zum Beispiel die verschlüsselte Übertragung zu den KM Modellen erfährt man als Nutzer, nur, wenn man sich viel Mühe gibt. Einen Widerspruch zur behaupteten DSGV. O. Kompatibilität sehe ich auch darin, dass in der Standardeinstellung auch Modelle inkludiert, sind die ihre Datenverarbeitung außerhalb Europas oder weltweit vornehmen. Zb Gemini 3.6 flash. Jedenfalls sind sie in der erweiterten Auswahl der Modelle voreingestellt. Ich bitte um mehr Transparenz und so etwas wie „ privacy by Default”! ps. I can use any ai model i like, even images. Works like ChatGPT but am not bound, as id also like to use Claude Models . ### 5/5 — Hilft mir im Joballtag *2026-05-24* Ich nutze innoGPT regelmäßig im Job und finde das Tool insgesamt praktisch. Besonders beim schnellen Beantworten von E-Mails und im Customer Support bietet die App eine solide Unterstützung. Das integrierte Fotostudio liefert gute Ergebnisse beim Erstellen von Bildern. Auch die vorhandenen Templates, beispielsweise für Rechnungsvorlagen, erfüllen ihren Zweck und erleichtern wiederkehrende Aufgaben im Büro. Ein nützliches Feature sind die Assistenten, mit denen sich eigene Workflows und spezifische Aufgaben abbilden lassen.
