Thought I might have the wrong password so I pressed send a code. Nothing happened. Data deleted *2026-06-03, version 3.4* After using the app for 3 years all of my data was deleted. No 7 day, 4 week, or 1 year data. Nothing. Logged out to log back in and an error message pops up. Forgot password? Error message. Please try again!” despite reinstalling it and trying different networks. A smart scale is only as useful as its app. Without access to my account or data, many of its key features are unusable. I set a goal weight, and I check my weight every day. I see my progress and it give me info on my bmi, protein, muscle, water, and a lot of other stuff. Very informative. I feel like people are expecting a lot more of it when in reality it’s just a scale that connects to your phone. Works 100% fine with me. ### 5/5 — Syncs seamlessly with Apple Health & Lose It! Apps *2020-12-15, version 2.6* Innotech has created an excellent app to go with their scale. Using the Apple Health and Lose It! apps, I have lost 12 pounds in 4 months. The Innotech app syncs seamlessly with those apps, making it super easy to track weight, fat (body and visceral), BMI and other data, which helps keep me on track and away from the chocolate chip cookies. The app has an attractive and intuitive layout, and the bluetooth scale is very nice too. On the rare occasions I contacted Customer Support, they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and solved the problem.
