## What is Innova Platforms?

Innova is the Kigali app for buying, sending and finding things, and paying with MTN MoMo.

SHOP FROM KIGALI AND FROM ABROAD
• Search Kigali shops and international stores in one place, by typing or with a photo.
• Innova buys it for you, brings it to Rwanda and delivers it to your door.
• See the full price before you pay: goods, shipping and delivery. Pay everything now, or pay part now and the rest when your goods arrive.
• Follow every order from the shop to your door.

SEND A PARCEL ACROSS KIGALI
• Book a moto or car for a parcel in a minute. Take a photo and Innova works out the right vehicle and the price.
• Pick the recipient from your contacts. They get a release code, so the parcel is handed only to them.
• Follow your rider live on the map.

FREE SERVICES: HOUSES, ROOMS, PLOTS AND CARS
• Browse houses and rooms to rent, plots and cars for sale, with photos, video and the place on the map.
• List your own with guided photos taken on the spot.

URGENT DEALS
• Need to sell something today? Post it with a fixed price.
• The buyer checks the item at the door and pays you directly with MoMo. Contact details stay private in the chat.

SHARED TRIPS
• Going the same way? Share the trip and split the cost. The price falls as the car fills.

AND MORE
• Ask Innova: ask questions about orders, prices and deliveries.
• School bus: parents can see where their child's bus has reached (for schools that use Innova).
• Wallet: refunds and balances in one place.
• One-tap MTN MoMo payment.
• In English, French and Kinyarwanda.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.6 — 2026-10-07

Subtitles in calls: see what the other person says, translated into your language (English, French, Kinyarwanda, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese or Swahili). Turn them on during a call, or set them to start by themselves in My Innova. Fixes and small improvements.

### 2.0.5 — 2026-10-06

Calls from Innova now ring like a phone call, full screen, even when the app is closed, and you hear the other person more clearly. Track a parcel with its arrival time and price, and pay or confirm from the tracking page. Change your name in My Innova. Order from several Kigali shops in one delivery. Fixes and small improvements.

### 2.0.4 — 2026-10-02

Call Innova from the app: tap Call in Ask Innova or in My Innova, and a person at Innova answers. You can also call another customer by their number, if they allow calls from other customers. Food markets: shop Kimironko and Kabeza markets with no service fee, delivered on the right vehicle for your order. Fixes and small improvements.

### 2.0.3 — 2026-09-26

Innova is now Innova Platforms. Sell or rent something out with just a price and two photos. Urgent deals: a Brand new condition, and a clear list of anything to fix before you send. Every notification is kept with its time under Account, Notifications. Fixes and small improvements.

### 2.0.2 — 2026-09-24

Innova Partners: share your own invite link and earn points, and a share of what the people you invite spend. Withdrawals to mobile money are paid out faster. Fixes and small improvements.
