People are trying to pay their bills on time.  Every platform this bank generates is totally useless.  Their apps don’t accept account numbers, you can’t register, they tell you later, if you can reach them on the phone after waiting an hour that the apps don’t happen to work with certain loans.   
I hate everything about TCF at this point.
