Bought this and it worked fine for a while. Then it just stopped working through the app. Tried updates, reformatting cards etc and all to no avail. If you take the sd card out and watch the files through a reader they are ok, and fortunately mine is easily accessible. For anyone planning to have the recording unit out of the way and use the app I would say it’s a waste of time

Very buggy. No way should this get four out of five stars. Obvious fake reviews. App crashes often and more often than not cannot connect to the DVR on the bike. Needs way more effort put into reliability. I also suspect my k2 dvr is corrupted it’s video files. Not gonna work well in a crash if the files are corrupted.

If the hardware was good then perhaps their app would work better. Wifi drops if you are more than 1/2 meter away from the device and slow video with pixelation and lockups makes this application useless.

### 1/5 — Needs more work and pitifully slow to transfer files

I am forced to re-install app every single time I want to use it as I get a connection fail message. I connect to the k2 WiFi and can browse the device on 192.168.1.254 so it’s not a connectivity issue. Delete and re-install the app and it works again once but then I have to go around this loop again. 

When I get the app to work the transfer speed for the videos is painfully slow.

I cannot view the video files outside the INNOVV app. When I share a file there is no video. Just a file name and a file with a .ts extension. In my case, this makes the videos I capture useless.

Application avec interface lente et pas totalement aboutie. Certains paramètres changent tout seul sans aucune raison : "Loop video" et "G sensor". Loop video 1mn crée un nombre considérables de fichiers...et lorsque G-sensor se réactive aléatoirement, les vidéos sont verrouillés par la moindre secousse entrainant la saturation de la carte. Aucune moyen de supprimer les vidéos verrouillées depuis l'application. A coté l'application Innovv est plus fluide, pourquoi cette différence?
Ça fait au moins 3 ans que c'est comme ça.
Système déjà remplacé et les problèmes matériels semblent corrigés sur la dernière version (Alimentation).

The amount if time I have wasted trying to get this awful interface to work with my K2... I have a good mind to bill them for my hours. Utter rubbish this APP as is the firmware. The only good thing is the build quaity of the item itself but they have totalky neglected the interface. Fed up with it!!!

연결되서 뭐 어플드가서 암거나 누르기만하면 쳐 튕기네요 진짜 일 안하십니까? 이노브 어플 개발팀?
한두번도아니고 내가 이 비싼거 사놓고 왜 영상을 연결해서 못봐야되는데;; 이건 어플문제임 100%  첨에도 이지랄하다가 언제한번 연결잘되다가 간만에 영상볼거잇어서 하려니 또안되네 하 .. 일좀하세요 제발;; 업뎃을하든 버그를 고치든 좀 제발 좀 날로먹지말고

After IOS 14 update my iPhone 8 shows that the DVR is connected but the app says there is no connection.
I have disabled the “PRIVATE ADDRESS” function which was part of the IOS update. But still not connected according to app. The cameras are recording though.

The app does not match the quality of INNOVV hardware. It’s just a terrible app. Downloading, the main function does not work. Yes you can play from device and it kind of works if you put your phone close to INNOVV recorder. 
But downloading dont worn no matter how you try.  You select download and it apparently download without any indication. The only indication is when you try to leave the screen it warns you. What a terrible design! And There is NO PROGRESS displayed! Please add the download progress at least!

This app used to work with absolutely no issues at all. Now all of a sudden the unit won’t connect to device over Wi-Fi. Really not impressed.

이노브 제품 구입하고 시간이지났지만 
장착하니 아주 좋네요~ 연결도 잘되고 아이폰에서 연동이 아주 빠릅니다 ㅎ
한번만 터치하면 자동으로 연결되니 사용하기 아주 좋네요 ~~ 시간이 지나도 화질이 아주 선명한게 좋네요ㅎㅎ 아이폰 쓰다 보면 블투도 가끔 끊기거나 사용이 안될때 있는데 휴대폰 off/on 하면 아주 잘됩니다 
아이폰 미니에서 사용하기 좋은제품인듯 ~~

Je vais l’installer sur ma moto de course 
Une HP4 
J’ai mis le prix mais rien que la boîte de conditionnement ça donne le niveau de qualité 
Je vous en dirai plus une fois utilisée en course

I’ve used a Garmon GPS/video recorder in my car for a couple of years.  This system does all that and more.  It works like an airplane’s black box loop recording both front and rear views from my motorcycle. Snaking and hiding wires was the biggest challenge on my GoldWing.  Installation otherwise was a breeze.  Videos download easily to my iPhone/iPad for posting and I’ve got video evidence if I’m ever in an accident.

I would like to see this system work better. 
Hardware is nice stuff. The app has some bugs.  My biggest problem is the live stream causes the dvr to shut down after about 20 seconds. It took me hours to finally figure out the cause of these mysterious shut downs. Video transfer to phone via wifi is really too slow to use often.

When viewing playback from camera, we should be able to sort by date/time instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom to get to the newest file.  The whole app can be more user friendly.
