## What is Innrvo?

Innrvo creates meditations that speak to you in your own voice, about exactly how you feel right now. Tell the app what is on your mind, pick or clone a voice, and a personalized guided meditation is generated in seconds. Fall asleep to words shaped for you, narrated by you.

Record a short voice sample and Innrvo clones your voice so every meditation sounds like you leading yourself in. Choose from curated AI voices if you prefer a different guide.

Key features:
- Personalized AI meditations generated from your mood and intention
- Start from a single sentence or a built-in template
- Voice cloning so your meditations are narrated in your own voice
- Background music and nature sounds, with a sleep timer that fades out gently
- AI Companion for a grounded conversation between sessions
- Personal library of every meditation you create, including drafts
- Offline playback for listening without a connection
- Background audio with lock-screen controls
- Daily reminders to build a gentle routine
- Dark-first design made for winding down at night

Innrvo is not a library you scroll. It is one calm path from how you feel to a voice leading you down into rest.

What it costs

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-29

A calmer, clearer Innrvo. Text is easier to read, screens hold steady, and moving between them feels smoother. Deleting a voice asks you to confirm again, removing your own music is more reliable, and signing up is simpler.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-24

No release notes.
