## What is INOFF OPS?

InOff Ops is an internal operations app for authorized InOff staff. It helps operations teams track materials, quantities, purchasing, receiving, inventory counts, and waste from one connected workspace.

The app helps staff search materials and review available quantities, create internal purchase requests, track purchase receiving, run inventory count sessions, and record waste with a reason, note, and photo when needed.

Access requires an authorized employee account. The information shown in the app is intended for internal work only and helps the team complete daily operations with more clarity and accuracy.

A station is no longer blind
• Your request stays visible. It used to vanish the moment you closed the app — while the request itself sat in the purchaser's queue and nobody told you.
• A notification opens your screen, not a "no access" wall.

The money
• A return now puts the money back: anything you send back to the vendor produces a draft credit note for its value, instead of staying billed to you.
• Post a bill straight from the bills screen, and the list refreshes at once after any create, post or payment.
• Closed bill matches finally have somewhere to live.

Receipt variances
• One job, one place, one count — it used to appear on two screens and be counted twice.
• The card shows ordered, received and billed together. Each screen used to show half the fact.
• A decision from either end closes the whole job.

Clarity
• Every quantity now carries its unit.
• Filters that did nothing, and filters that hid rows silently, are fixed.
• Lists open on everything and never narrow without saying so.
