## What is Inokey?

Inokey-manager is an application, dedicated to manage Wi-Fi fingerprint readers produced by Navkom, namely Bioreader, Biohandle, Biopass and Modul. With the help of Inokey-manager one can enroll and delete fingerprints, manage the users of the mentioned fingerprint readers and other advanced functions.

List of the main functionalities:
- Add and delete users and administrators
- Enroll additional fingerprints for each person
- Enabling free entrance mode (for a limited time, any fingerprint opens the door)
- Relays opening time
- additional LED lighting control
- Import/Export of the fingerprint database
- Histroy of events
- Schedules for the users

There is no need to worry about the security. All operations can be performed only with a confirmation of the administrator's fingerprint.

2021!!! Und Sie kommen mit so einer App daher. Fingerprint in einer Tür die Premium aussagen soll und preislich sich dort einreiht. Was hier Smart sein soll... ich habe keine Ahnung. In der Türpfalz prangt ein großes WiFi Logo mit QR Code... Wow dachte ich! GANZ SCHÖN SMART... Hier ist überhaupt nichts Smart!!! Umständliche App mit Verbindungsabbrüchen. Die Beleuchtung kann nicht an Sonnenaufgang oder Untergang angepasst werden. Nur eine Zeit, wie bei einem alten Wecker. Tut mir leid, was hier abgeliefert wird, ist stand von vor 20 Jahren. Nichts ist hier innovativ.

Die App konnte mit einem Iphone nicht mal eine Verbindung zum Türöffner herstellen. Letztendlich hat es nur mühselig mit einem Androidhandy der 1. Generation geklappt und kann nun im Nachgang nicht mehr geändert werden. Der Hersteller flüchtet sich in Update-Ausreden. Letztendlich einfach nur Schrott.

Wir nutzen seit geraumer Zeit diese App, allerdings funktioniert diese, nur im heimischen Netzwerk. Eine Fernsteuerung z.B. aus dem 5G Netz ist einfach nicht möglich. Man kann keinen Fingerabdruck (der bereits vorhanden ist) deaktivieren bzw. Aktivieren. 

Hier muss mal ein Update ran. 10 Monate Ruhe… das ist wirklich schlecht.

Leider keine Verbindung zur Tür mehr möglich. 
Darum kann man mit der ganzen App nichts anfangen. Ich kann dadurch den Fingerabdruck eines ehemaligen Mitbewohner nicht raus werden.

Die App ist echt Käse.
Initialisierung und Verbindung hat geklappt nach Reset auf Werkseinstellungen.
Konnte dann alle Fingerprints einlesen. 
Gestern wollte ich eine zusätzliche Person aufnehmen, konnte mich aber nicht mehr verbinden.
Bitte hier mal nachbessern !

Macht was es soll. Wichtig ist bevor man eine Verbindung mit der Tür herstellt, die Anlage auf Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen, wie beschreiben.

Die Einrichtung des Fingerscans mit der App ist erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen mit Rücksetzen der Tür und des iPhones gelungen. Die Kopplung ist unzuverlässig (kann auch an der Hardware von InoKey liegen), die Oberfläche ist nutzbar, aber nicht sehr ansprechend.
Achtung: Wenn die App Kopplung nicht gelingt, ist der Fingerscan unbrauchbar, da es anscheinend keine hardwareseitige Setupmöglichkeit gibt.
