### 1/5 — Kein Zugriff mehr auf den Türleser

Ich habe jetzt schon seit ca. zwei Jahren meine neue Tür und war bis jetzt halbwegs zufrieden. Jetzt habe ich mir allerdings ein neues Handy gekauft und habe versucht mich wieder mit dem Handy und der App zu verbinden. Dies war mir leider nicht mehr möglich. Mit meinem alten Handy funktioniert die Verbindung einwandfrei. Ich habe die App schon neu installiert. Das Handy neu gestartet. Das Ergebnis bleibt gleich: Die App kann keine Verbindung zum WLan der Tür aufbauen.

Hallo zusammen,
finde die App jetzt noch Mega hübsch aufgebaut, sie tut aber was sie soll. Mir fehlen noch Funktionen, wie sie ein Vorredner schon genannt hat: Zeitsteuerung zum Verriegeln (zum Beispiel nachts) wäre super, Genial wäre Öffnen mit Apple Watch durch simples dranhalten. Bitte Apple Wallet Integration, damit man nicht mal mehr den Umweg über die App braucht, dann wäre das ganze Smart.

Ich hatte Zugangsprobleme nach einem Update. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde mir vorbildlich geholfen. Toller Service und Direktkontakt per Mail. Alles in Deutsch. Antworten und Hilfen in Echtzeit. Sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter und sehr freundlich. Das war der beste Service den ich bisher bei ähnlichen Problemen mit anderen Herstellern hatte.

Ich habe euer Produkt inzwischen über 2 Jahre und ich muss sagen, dass ich mich schon sehr oft rum geärgert habe weil wieder mal der Fingerabdruck und sogar der Zifferncode nicht angenommen wurde. Da wäre ich lieber bei einem altmodischen Schlüssel geblieben. Unter einer Außentemperatur von ungefähr 0 Grad und in Abhängigkeit der Luftfeuchtigkeit ist ein öffnen der Türe nicht möglich. Daher bin ich mit eurem Produkt überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Selbst nach einem Wechsel aller Hardware-Komponenten war keine Veränderung oder Verbesserung vorhanden. Software wurde im Laufe der Zeit langsam besser, aber die Hardware muss nochmals überdacht werden. Daher leider kein Daumen nach oben.

Jetzt nach der letzten Entwicklungsrunde, scheint alles gut zu funktionieren! Die neuen Bluetooth Dongle laufen auch.
Wir haben das System ohne Bedieneinheit, auch damit klappen jetzt alle Funktionen.
Langezeiterfahrung steht noch aus. Aber schonmal Danke für die Weiterentwicklung.

Intéressant, mais. Problème de lecture d’empreintes. Quand cela n’arrive plus à lire l’empreinte admin on est obligé de tout réinitialiser. En 1 mois cela fait 2 fois. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas une option code pour l’administration. Déplus je ne comprends pas la lecture NFC . J’ai plus l’impression que c’est une lecture Bluetooth.

Die App sieht aus und fühlt sich an, als ob ein Hardwarehersteller noch schnell eine App geklöppelt hätte. Ist vermutlich auch so. UX kaum vorhanden, Verbindung hakelig, sucht WLAN der Tür obwohl die Bluetooth nutzt, …

Meine größte Sorge ist, dass ich eine neue Tür habe, deren Software irgendwann nicht weiter gepflegt wird. Statt die Ressourcen in eine eigene App zu stecken wäre es eventuell sinnvoller, das System einfach mit Google Home und Co kompatibel zu machen. Denn wer eine Haustür mit NFC hat, nutzt ziemlich sicher auch weitere smarte Geräte.

Bei uns geht die App nach dem Starten bei zwei von drei iPhones ( 2 iPhone 14 Pro und ein iPhone 13) mit aktueller Software gleich aus. Leider absolut nicht brauchbar in der Form.

Mi dispiace dirlo ma come dite voi che con questa app si può aprire il portoncino ma non è assolutamente vero, questa app non serve assolutamente a niente ma solo per verificare le aperture della porta. 👎🏻👎🏻
Sarebbe bello almeno come certe case poterla aprire a distanza
