## What is iNotar 2019?

iNotar - Empfehlung der App Store Bibel (Ausgabe 01/2011)

iNotar ist ein Gebührenrechner, der die auf der Grundlage des Gerichts- und Notarkostengesetz (GNotKG) anfallenden Gebühren ermittelt.

Das Grundmodul „Gebühren“ errechnet nach Eingabe des Geschäftswertes und Auswahl des Gebührensatzes sofort die anfallende Gebühr.

Das Modul „Immobilien“ ermittelt die bei dem Erwerb oder der Veräußerung einer Immobilie anfallenden Notar- und Grundbuchkosten.

Das Modul „Nachlass“ ermittelt die Kosten der Beurkundung eines Testaments/Erbvertrags. Darüber hinaus werden auch die Kosten einer amtlichen Verwahrung berechnet.

Das Modul "Unternehmen" berechnet die Kosten, die für Notar und Handelsregister im Rahmen der Gründung einer GmbH oder Unternehmergesellschaft (UG) anfallen.

Weiterführende Informationen und Erläuterungen sind in den jeweiligen Modulen integriert.
