Previous app version was perfect, the new UI is just horrific. I can no longer access a unit in my complex because it doesn’t provide an unlock option and when i try clicking on anything, it tells me i lack user permissions. Previous version just had you tap an icon to unlock the door.

I’ve been using the INOX Smart app with my iPhone for a few mobths now, and I can confidently say it’s the perfect complement to the lock itself. The app enhances the smart lock’s functionality, providing an unmatched level of convenience and security.

The setup was a breeze, and within minutes I had full control over my lock. The app’s intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to lock and unlock my door remotely. With multiple access options like wristband and card, it feels like the ultimate security package.

I got OTA notification in the app and also every time the app updates itself there are some new features to explore.

Overall, great app for a great smart lock!
