So far all the updates have been in vain, just design... The application looks good but doesn't help us at all, it always crashes and moves with delay.

Worked for yodel for a year & they are the worst company ever! They fine drivers for anything they can think of. They’ve gone from paying £1 a parcel to 79p and 15p for lockers! Well done for beating Evri to “worst firm ever”!!

I'm a Yodel self employed courier and feel I need to leave a review, start and finish: you put in the postcode of your starting point and finishing location so that the app lists your parcels to be delivered in approximately the order you wish to deliver (if you know your route, which I do, inside out) and it sends you all over the place, it even avoids the street in which you wish to start, takes you to a different area first then a few stops later back to deliver parcels in the 'start' location in a road you've already driven down, why?! Every flamin' day I spend time after it has optimised, putting in time constraints then re-optimising and moving stops into the order I wish to complete the route 😡

Absolute nightmare after your updates
 Why the heck you had to change the points on the map preview? It’s messed up and my eyes hurting. Why to add these camera moving features? We need reliable not lagging app to work with and not to look at it oohhh how nice it looks . Scrap all that and make it work fast and without lags. It keeps freezing on me while I plan my tour through map, why? Because optimiser it rubbish. Stop making it to look good. Just make it work with no lags and test it out with drivers like me who have over 150 parcels every day. After stop 300 map doesn’t show numbers or freeze. Fix it quick. You lot should be sacked

IF I HAVE THE TORCH ON, IT IS HIGHLY LIKELY THAT IT IS BECAUSE IT IS DARK. STOP TURNING MY TORCH OFF, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRICITY!!!! NEARLY BROKE MY LEG FALLING DOWNSTAIRS BECAUSE YOU MORONS TURN MY TORCH OFF EVERY TIME I COMPLETE A DROP, IT DOES NOT MAGICALLY BECOME DAYTIME BECAUSE I HAVE DONE A DROP, THE TORCH IS ON BECAUSE IT IS DARK. I HAVE REPEATED MYSELF BECAUSE YOU ARE CLEARLY NOT VERY BRIGHT, LIKE THE CONDITIONS WHEN YOU UNILATERALLY TURN MY TORCH OFF

It doesn’t work properly after the new update. It reads too many numbers that aren’t on the label. You really need to adjust this because drivers are wasting a lot of time having to go back and scan the barcode again. It was much better before, when it only scanned the barcode on the white strip.

😡 ‼️ Absolutely terrible service from Yodel. The driver dumped my parcel outside my front door without knocking, waiting, or making any attempt to hand it to me. They simply marked it as “delivered” and left it unattended where anyone walking past could have easily stolen it. This is extremely careless and unprofessional. I honestly cannot understand why companies still use this delivery service. Customers shouldn’t have to worry whether their parcels will actually be delivered safely.

Avoid Yodel if you actually want your parcel delivered properly.

This level of laziness and negligence is unacceptable for a delivery company. Retailers seriously need to stop using this service.
