The application looks good but doesn't help us at all, it always crashes and moves with delay. ### 2/5 — Application working slow *2026-05-29, version 30.0.8* Application working very slow when we are move the stop or re arrange the route for delivery is taking time the last version is working perfectly expect scanning ### 2/5 — New updates not good *2026-05-18* It doesn’t work properly after the new update. It reads too many numbers that aren’t on the label. You really need to adjust this because drivers are wasting a lot of time having to go back and scan the barcode again. It was much better before, when it only scanned the barcode on the white strip. ### 2/5 — Parcel ID numbers no longer on map *2026-01-21, version 26.1.0* Since the last update the tour map in Deliver/Collect no longer shows the ID number of the next parcel when choosing 'View Next Stop on Map'. The next parcel is now always numbered 1. Previously it was the ID number generated when receipting and written on the parcel, which was much more useful. ### 2/5 — Baby Blanki *2025-11-21, version 26.1.0* Not good. I guess this is the way for the pictures to go bad and after that not getting payed. The app is getting worse with every update. And please can someone tell mw why is the app shutting down after you haven’t used your t for 15 minutes? They fine drivers for anything they can think of. They’ve gone from paying £1 a parcel to 79p and 15p for lockers! It’s messed up and my eyes hurting. Why to add these camera moving features? We need reliable not lagging app to work with and not to look at it oohhh how nice it looks . Scrap all that and make it work fast and without lags. It keeps freezing on me while I plan my tour through map, why? Because optimiser it rubbish. Stop making it to look good. Just make it work with no lags and test it out with drivers like me who have over 150 parcels every day. After stop 300 map doesn’t show numbers or freeze. Fix it quick. The driver dumped my parcel outside my front door without knocking, waiting, or making any attempt to hand it to me. They simply marked it as “delivered” and left it unattended where anyone walking past could have easily stolen it. This is extremely careless and unprofessional. I honestly cannot understand why companies still use this delivery service. Customers shouldn’t have to worry whether their parcels will actually be delivered safely. Avoid Yodel if you actually want your parcel delivered properly. This level of laziness and negligence is unacceptable for a delivery company. Upon opening this app, I was greeted by a message that stated I had to allow the app to record my screen and gestures to “improve” the app or just not use the app. As a relatively savvy individual, I chose the latter. I deliver a package and after three or four stops I come to deliver on the same street two houses away. DPD have had this feature for years, as yodel don’t pay for parcels delivered before the eta kicks in, and you end up forgetting to keep an eye on the times. ### 5/5 — Easy to work on it *2020-10-28* It s best then the old devices.... if you use a apple it s very easy when you scan the parcels and the sat nav from apple it s better than google maps ..( if yoo need sat nav and you don t know the run) If they put a photo for the delivery and safe place it s better than a signature or a card left . ### 4/5 — Space to improve *2022-11-11, version 17.0.0* I like the app gives lots of freedom for the user. But I would like to see some improvements. I hate that there is no live map while delivering. As you can see only the next stop on the map. Why? Even amazon app has it and that’s save’s so much time. Like other day I gad a little town with just 10 drops and the main road was closed. So I had 5 drops in one side of the town and 5 in the other gues wha i had to go 5 times through diversion route which each time cost me 20min just because I can’t know where is other stops. It would be so much easier and time improving just to have tour map always available. My other colleagues are screenshots their ruote map in the morning just if they get in the trouble like I did. And of course if you’re going to add this option to the map please make it live su you could see a dot of current location. There’s so other corrections I could add but this one looks mostly important. Overall great app ### 4/5 — Please allow Bluetooth laser scanners *2020-11-29, version 9.0.5* This app is generally ok but it would be great if we could use Bluetooth Laser scanners to help speed up the parcel loading and delivery processes as the auto focus can be far to slow at times ### 4/5 — Need to have a camera option to take photos of the houses you deliver to for extra safety *2019-11-04, version 4.1.0* Need to have a camera option to take photos of the houses you deliver to for extra safety. ### 3/5 — Rubbish! *2026-06-13* I'm a Yodel self employed courier and feel I need to leave a review, start and finish: you put in the postcode of your starting point and finishing location so that the app lists your parcels to be delivered in approximately the order you wish to deliver (if you know your route, which I do, inside out) and it sends you all over the place, it even avoids the street in which you wish to start, takes you to a different area first then a few stops later back to deliver parcels in the 'start' location in a road you've already driven down, why?! Every flamin' day I spend time after it has optimised, putting in time constraints then re-optimising and moving stops into the order I wish to complete the route 😡 ### 3/5 — Camera doesn’t work or scan *2025-08-11, version 24.1.0* Had a nightmare today as the camera will not work it’s just black. I’m hoping this will be fixed by tomorrow please.
