I downloaded the app because the Yodel one has now ceased. This is one has been ok but not as good. Today I checked and it’s said that my parcel was due to be delivered between 1.25pm and 3.25pm. It was around 3ish when I thought I would use the ‘chat’ option on the app just to check it was coming. The bot Mat (one t) couldn’t help so I was passed to a person. He told me that the time given was the time the courier who had picked the parcel up from the sender would get the parcel to the delivery depot??? Why does that have to be on a customers tracking? He then told me that my parcel was due to be delivered on the 7th Sept. Today is the 4th. He was being a bit rude to me, he said he could see what I could and that it didn’t say it was due to be delivered today? Even though I had screenshotted what I could see. Be careful people because when it says it’s due to be delivered today that may be in another five days. This app needs sorting out and be clearly worded. That was until my most recent order where I never received the collection code to pick up my parcel. I then had to spend three solid days chasing after InPost across multiple formats to try and get a collection code before my parcel was automatically returned to the sender. After multiple broken promises of being sent a code, I can honestly say I’ll never use them again. I just hope it is still there when I get home ### 1/5 — Pointless *2026-08-28, version 2.18.2* Companies w/ apps who force you to download an app just to find out the image of where they’ve wrongly delivered your parcel = 0 (..the wrong house with literally a different name). The place my delivery is going to has a broken machine for 3 days, no one gone to fix it, and it won't let me amend which inpost station to use even though there's another one about 20 feet away... I called customer service and luckily got sent to a helpful lady but before that I was forced to waste my time speaking to AI which is always pathetic to be honest. Hire real people and pay them like a proper business. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No details of how to contact customer services!! *2026-09-04, version 2.18.2* My parcel has been stuck on prepping since 27th August - it’s now the 4th September! ### 1/5 — Useless app that doesn’t support drivers who get lost or customers who want to redirect their parcel *2026-09-04* All of the normal features that one would expect from a courier aren’t accessible via the app. I’ve only been able to change and redirect orders to a locker by using the InPost website, the app only lets you track it or give it a nickname. Recently a driver wasn’t able to find my address, and all the app said was “address issue, contact us”, it’s such a bare bones app that has no helpful features at all. The customer support team seem to be helpful when you get through to them, but the robotic chatbots that answer the calls first are such a nightmare. Why tf do you have fake office chatter and typing noises in the background?! Does anyone who implements that stupid stuff think customers like a chatbot pretending they’re in an office?
