It either jumps to really high number or drops really low, other times it stays still on the first number it detects and doesn’t fluctuate at all even if you move around and do things that would change your BPM. I can’t find a single feature here that you can’t get for free (or very low price) elsewhere. You must use some other unit to take your blood pressure. The new automatic BP units do that for you. My recommendation- get a small note book and write it down with a pen.
