### 4/5 — Good

*2026-08-03, version 2.63*

It’s great I love it!

### 2/5 — Took away free features.

*2026-08-01, version 2.63*

Disappointing when freemium gets curtailed

### 1/5 — Terrible app, extremely inconsistent.

*2026-07-15, version 2.63*

The app has tons of trouble detecting true heart rate. It either jumps to really high number or drops really low, other times it stays still on the first number it detects and doesn’t fluctuate at all even if you move around and do things that would change your BPM. Don’t download, don’t pay for the garbage sub.

### 1/5 — Con artist

*2026-07-08, version 2.63*

Do not try this app. It said three day free trial and then tried to charge me $20.

### 1/5 — Too many ads

*2026-07-06, version 2.63*

As I said too many pop up ads

### 1/5 — Nothing for your money

*2026-07-02, version 2.63*

I have been using and enjoying this app for 2 years . However, after I paid for another year , I am unable to access most of the app’s features, they seem to have changed the regular version to premium, without my knowledge, so everything except measuring pulse is locked behind a paywall. I have been trying to contact support, but get nothing but an AI response. I am very disappointed, I basically paid for nothing.

### 5/5 — InPulse App

*2026-06-25, version 2.63*

Great app. Easy to use. I love it!

### 1/5 — Heart Rate Monitor

*2026-06-21, version 2.63*

Inutile

### 1/5 — Just buy a pulse ox meter from Walmart.

*2026-06-21, version 2.63*

Most pulse ox meters you can buy for cheap come with a free app that does all the same things. I can’t find a single feature here that you can’t get for free (or very low price) elsewhere. It’s crazy what they’re trying to charge for this very simple BP app and some super basic manual logging.

### 5/5 — First impressions

*2026-06-20, version 2.63*

New to the site, but I find it easy to navigate. If future experiences are similar, I believe that I will enjoy using the app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not as advertised

*2026-08-16, version 2.63*

Does not measure blood pressure

### 1/5 — RUN!!! DON’T WALK AWAY!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

*2026-08-15, version 2.63*

I have NEVER subscribed to this or any Health App. I have never used it, nir do I plan to use it. However, I just opened my iPhone Subscription Setting to turn off Auto Renewal on an App I AM subscribed to and saw this having RENEWED 06/2026!!!
I will contact my Card Company as I have no idea how long this has been stealing from me. I would give it a minus 100,000,000,000 Stars if I could!!!

### 1/5 — Took away free features.

*2026-08-14, version 2.63*

Disappointing when freemium gets curtailed

### 1/5 — Not Effective and They Will Charge You Without Warning

*2026-08-13, version 2.63*

I tried to use this app and it’s basically not able to give accurate readings on its own. I also was charged $39.99 without any warning and now they won’t contact me back after I emailed them to stop the charge.

### 1/5 — INACCURATE

*2026-08-11, version 2.63*

please don’t rely on a fake app for your health. you can buy cheap heart rate devices on amazon that are accurate. this app is designed to scare you with “abnormal result” so you pay for premium. i did the test as it said it gave different results to my accurate hr device and i place it on a pink towel and it said my towel had a 100bpm heart rate.

### 1/5 — Totally useless

*2026-08-06, version 2.63*

Very inaccurate readings even of HR in a static position.

### 1/5 — Nothing but ads

*2026-08-02, version 2.63*

I downloaded this to try it and got nothing but ads. After the 3rd ad I deleted the app. “Our app is free because it’s nothing but ads.” What a joke.

### 1/5 — Too many ads

*2026-07-24, version 2.63*

As I said too many pop up ads. And a wise guy response from the developer too. Developer put a ton of ads to get you to pay for a subscription to block them. Total money grab so don’t bother.

### 1/5 — Premium?

*2026-07-21, version 2.63*

Be aware…I paid for premium but did not get access to premium features

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2026-07-17, version 2.63*

I wanted a BP monitor this was supposed to be free once you download they want you to pay a monthly fee!

Very good

### 5/5 — InPulse

*2026-07-27, version 2.63*

Great Product very accurate.

### 5/5 — Don't buy it unless you just need a place to record data

*2026-07-26, version 2.63*

This app does very little in the way of vital sign surveillance. You must use some other unit to take your blood pressure. The new automatic BP units do that for you.

My recommendation- get a small note book and write it down with a pen. Save the $$$ and by a good NP Cuff.

### 5/5 — Olive oil 2 tbsp.

*2026-07-23, version 2.63*
