I have always struggled with the bulk. I never gave it a real attempt but it wasn’t a consistency problem, it was a getting started problem. I didn’t know what to do or how to get started. Input AI fixed that, It uses my age, height, and current weight in order to design a personalized nutrition plan for me. Using Input AI helped me realize that my caloric intake was not the problem, but my daily protein consumption. Input AI rocks!!!
