## What is InputMacroLog?

InputMacroLog is a simple, offline-first app for tracking your daily calorie and protein intake. No account required. No subscription. Your data never leaves your device

Log meals your way: Search your personal food catalog and enter a weight in grams, or use Manual Entry to log anything — a home-cooked meal, a restaurant dish, a snack — with a calorie and protein count in seconds.

Set goals that fit you: Use the guided calculator to estimate your daily targets based on your weight, height, age, activity level, and fitness goal — whether you want to lose weight, maintain, or build muscle. Or skip the calculator and enter your own numbers directly.

See your progress at a glance: The home screen shows your remaining calories and protein for the day with clear progress rings. Add as many meals as you need and watch your totals update in real time.

Review your history: Browse past days to see exactly what you logged and how it compares to your targets.

Built for privacy: Everything is stored locally on your device using SQLite. There are no servers, no analytics, and no third-party data sharing of any kind.
