Background notifications for the Rest phase
Improved the Rest (break) phase so the timer continues in the background. Even when using other apps, you’ll be notified when the break ends to prompt you to resume Work.

Shows a local “Rest ended” notification when the Rest phase finishes, even if the app was closed or the user switched to another app during Rest
When the notification is tapped or the app is opened, the next Work phase is shown in a waiting (paused) state
Schedules notifications when Rest starts, when restoring state, and when Rest is auto-resumed after returning to the app
Cancels notifications during the Work phase or when the timer is stopped, and avoids unnecessary cancellation during Rest
The notification is used to inform the user that the break has ended, and a permission rationale is provided
