## What is INR Diary?

INR Diary assists in following up your anticoagulation programme. Insert the daily dose of your blood thinner medication (Warfarin, Coumadin, Marcoumar, Sintrom, Marevan, Falithrom, ...) for a certain period of time. You can add one dose at a time or multiple doses in bulk, according to a dose scheme. Doses can be expressed as an amount of pills or in milligrams. The app will remind you to take your daily dose at a personally configurable time.

Tap on your daily dose to confirm you've taken the blood thinner medication. The timestamp of confirmation is stored in the app. That way, you'll never forget if and at what time you've taken your medication.

The app can also record the INR measurements of your blood and visualizes the evolution of your INR in time. The app also reminds you when a new INR measurement is planned.

Dose and INR data can be exported or imported for backup purposes, or if you want to discuss this with your medical expert.

## Key features

- Track blood thinner medication doses

### 1/5 — App hängt

*2026-08-28*

Ich komme nicht über den Medikament Auswahl Screen
Egal was ich wähle es kommt wieder der selbe Screen

### 5/5 — Could not recommend more!

*2026-05-02*

Makes life so much easier and very easy to use

Bitte wenden Sie sich an peter@web-factor.be, falls weiterhin Probleme auftreten sollten.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie die App nutzen.
Peter

### 4/5 — Update

*2026-01-26*

So I did hear back from the folks and was able to get it to schedule. I wish the schedule aspect was easier, even with the instructions it is still touchy. However, the reporting it gives is second to none and worth the effort.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-01-20*

I love this app. It has made tracking my INR and medication doses so easy. It is easy to use and it’s easy to make changes. I can easily look back over my INRs to track how things are going. I also make notes about my doctor’s recommendations to skip a dose, or change my dosage, so I can track my history.

I recently had a problem where my past INRs weren’t showing up. The app people worked diligently with me over several days in order to try to fix the problem. Repeated emails back and forth between us, trying to work it out. As predicted by the app people, the most recent update fixed the problem for me. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the diligence of the people supporting the app.

**Developer response:** Hi, sorry to hear you're experiencing problems! Yesterday a new version of the app was released (v2.4.1) which fixes some problems with corrupt INR values. This should solve your issue as it was reported by some other users as well. Thanks for reconsidering your review if the update works for you! You can contact me at peter@web-factor.be for further follow up, if necessary. Have a great day. Peter

### 5/5 — Einfach, Basic macht das was es soll, und das zuverlässig

*2026-01-15*

Gute ab zum protokollieren

### 1/5 — INR

*2026-01-15*

Difficult to schedule doses, had very little flexibility to setup a schedule that had a single day dose that was different.

**Developer response:** Hello. Thank you for leaving a review. Setting up a weekly dose schedule with only one different dose is certainly possible with the app. Simply add a Monday to Sunday schedule like e.g. 8-8-8-8-6-8-8 in the bulk dose screen. This means that all days have an 8mg dose while Friday has a 6mg dose. This is then repeated over the selected period. Hope this helps and encourages you to give the app another try! All the best.

### 2/5 — Loved this app, but BIG PROBLEM now

*2026-01-13*

I have loved this app. It has made tracking my INR and medication doses so easy. I could easily look back over my INRs to track how it was going. BUT as of January 1, 2026, the only INR I can see is my current one. I cannot find any of my old ones. I don’t know why or what happened. This is a huge loss! Please fix this!

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2026-01-11*

Thanks for adding weekly report function, it’s super helpful to share with the clinic. Great app!

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2026-01-08*

Thank you for creating this app! Works perfectly for my needs with home testing and sending reports to my doctor.
