## What is INR log?

If you take Warfarin or Coumadin, INR log can help you to keep track of your treatment.

It is easy to use and allows you to record all your INR results and your treatment prescribed by your doctor. Each day it will show you your warfarin dose and sends you an alert when your treatment is due. It will also remind you when to take your next INR test to help you achieve the best possible control.

It is very flexible and allows you to enter your own treatment range and select up to 3 different size tablets. You can record your dose as a daily dose or weekly dose and change the dose very easily based on your doctor's advice.

Your INR results are displayed graphically and in a table and you can add earlier INR results so you can see a complete record over time.

You can keep track of how well your treatment is going by following your time within the therapeutic range. This is a good measure of anticoagulant control and ideally should be above 60%. You can also keep track of your drug adherence if you record your treatment every day.

INR log is ideal for anybody taking warfarin, whether you are self-testing using a near patient testing device or if you are managed through an anticoagulant clinic or hospital laboratory.

INR log has been developed by a Consultant Haematologist with more than 25yrs of experience managing people on warfarin. It has been designed to be easy to use providing you with the important information you need to achieve safe control.

Please note:

INR log does not provide any medical advice about warfarin treatment. INR log is designed to be used only in conjunction with support from your healthcare professionals. It is designed as a convenient means of recording your treatment. If you have questions regarding your treatment you should consult your doctor supervising your treatment.

### 2/5 — Mr

*2026-03-23, version 1.21*

It would be nice if the App allows you to change the amount of Coumadin on a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 day or weekly cycle.

### 3/5 — Feeling disappointed

*2025-07-05, version 1.21*

This app was exactly what I needed to report my husband’s INR directly to his doctor via email. It has been working perfectly for over two years. All of the sudden in the past 3 months app does not let me email latest INR results to his doctor.
Says this device does not support the composer sheet.
No way of contacting app developers.
Desperately need help to fix this bug.
Thank you

### 2/5 — Lost all data- AGAIN, developer no show. 2025

*2025-06-19, version 1.21*

After years using and keeping it up to date. It crashes with no support from developer. To restart you have to delete the app and loose years of results!!!

Does anyone know of a better alternative. Ta

### 5/5 — Excellent product

*2024-10-04, version 1.21*

This app has been life changing!! I have a home point of care INR machine, and over the past year my INR has been within range over 80% of the time. I strongly recommend this app if you need to be on Warfarin lifelong.

### 4/5 — Decimals?

*2024-03-07, version 1.21*

I like your app but why does the dosage display 4…? When it should display 4.5.

### 1/5 — Why is stuff so simple so hard?

*2022-08-15, version 1.21*

This app is not flexible in a simple way What is needed is an ability to track different daily doses of warfarin with INR done when ever. For the last 6 years my inr has changed weekly. Simple is best…there are simple paper records could be easily adapted

### 5/5 — Doesn’t work now

*2022-06-03, version 1.21*

Was a good app but doesn’t work after updating to iOS 15.4 Update. App seems to work again following update to iOS 15.5 but doesn’t have warfarin listed. Perhaps the next update will?

### 4/5 — Works again!

*2022-05-31, version 1.21*

Very pleased that this is working again following the recent iOS update. The only additional feature I’d like to see would be the ability to edit the dose for each day.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-05-26, version 1.21*

This app works really well again now that IoS 15.5 has been released. (It had stopped working when IoS 15.4 hit. I wrote to the developer and got a really quick response that this had been unexpected and they were trying to obtain hardware for a fix).
I know people have criticised that you can’t enter historical data if you forget to update the app when you take your meds - I just change the date / time on my iPad and hey presto, you can enter your meds for the day/time you took them.
I like the printable reports and regularly export them to notepad as a back up.
Easy to use and free, what more could you want?

### 1/5 — The app Stopped working

*2022-05-07, version 1.21*

I've updated iOS and this app stopped working! When I try to send a feedback here - it goes nowhere. Somebody please fix it!
