### 2/5 — Mr

*2026-03-23, version 1.21*

It would be nice if the App allows you to change the amount of Coumadin on a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 day or weekly cycle.

### 3/5 — Feeling disappointed

*2025-07-05, version 1.21*

This app was exactly what I needed to report my husband’s INR directly to his doctor via email. It has been working perfectly for over two years. All of the sudden in the past 3 months app does not let me email latest INR results to his doctor.
Says this device does not support the composer sheet.
No way of contacting app developers.
Desperately need help to fix this bug.
Thank you

### 2/5 — Lost all data- AGAIN, developer no show. 2025

*2025-06-19, version 1.21*

After years using and keeping it up to date. It crashes with no support from developer. To restart you have to delete the app and loose years of results!!!

Does anyone know of a better alternative. Ta

### 4/5 — Decimals?

*2024-03-07, version 1.21*

I like your app but why does the dosage display 4…? When it should display 4.5.

### 4/5 — Works again!

*2022-05-31, version 1.21*

Very pleased that this is working again following the recent iOS update. The only additional feature I’d like to see would be the ability to edit the dose for each day.

### 3/5 — Lost all data

*2022-05-06, version 1.21*

After years using and keeping it up to date. It crashes with no support from developer. To restart you have to delete the app and loose years of results!!!

### 4/5 — John

*2022-04-22, version 1.21*

Great app that I’ve been using since INR ONLINE finished.
After recent iphone update I can no longer open the app.
I am worried that by deleting and re- installing the app I will lose all my INR history.

### 4/5 — Not working with latest update

*2022-04-17, version 1.21*

Been using this for years

But today it just won’t open

My iPhone 13 pro max 1tb

Just auto updated and not inr app

Starts then crashes?

Is there support
For this

### 2/5 — Ne marche plus avec iOS 15.4

*2022-03-15, version 1.21*

Je l’utilisais depuis plusieurs années,
Mais elle ne marche plus depuis iOS 15.4. Domage. J’ai perdu mes données.

### 2/5 — Can’t edit the next day

*2021-05-04, version 1.21*

I often don’t enter my dosage right when I take my pills. I haven’t missed a dose in months, but with this app I show 50% adherence as I forget to update the app at the time I take my pills. Need to have a way to update retroactively.

### 3/5 — Wish it was more like “My INR” app

*2020-05-22, version 1.21*

I know there are not a lot of Apple apps for tracking your INR. I have updated my iPhone and no longer have access to “My INR” app. This app was very easy to use, had reminders for daily dosages, appointment reminders and a way to export/email your data. I do appreciate your app but would really like it if had the features and functionality of my old INR app, “My INR”.

### 2/5 — Dosage/Medicine

*2019-09-17, version 1.21*

I take Jantoven and that is not one of the medicines listed. I take 3.75mg/6 times a week and 5mg/1 day a week. There is no way to put this kind of dosage in. You really need to update this app as it won't help much people. We need to be able to put in our dosages for each day of the week.

### 3/5 — Changes needed in meds

*2019-06-28, version 1.21*

We need to be able to add med doses individually. For example I take 5, 5, 5, 2.5, 5 etc. and you need to add warfarin not just Coumadin. Yes same med but they look differently. The medicine issue makes this not work for me. Also we need it more clear where to enter into the older results. If these issues are addressed this would be the perfect app.

### 3/5 — Room For Improvement

*2019-03-21, version 1.21*

I do like this app. It was a bit confusing to learn and has some quirks, but overall it’s not bad.

One major problem is the notifications. It only notifies you once and doesn’t even show a number on the icon. Basically if you unlock your phone and the first notification disappears, you can easily forget to take your medication. Not good for such an important drug.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Why is stuff so simple so hard?

*2022-08-15, version 1.21*

This app is not flexible in a simple way What is needed is an ability to track different daily doses of warfarin with INR done when ever. For the last 6 years my inr has changed weekly. Simple is best…there are simple paper records could be easily adapted

### 1/5 — The app Stopped working

*2022-05-07, version 1.21*

I've updated iOS and this app stopped working! When I try to send a feedback here - it goes nowhere. Somebody please fix it!

### 1/5 — App no longer works

*2022-04-05, version 1.21*

This app no longer works on my iPhone 12 since upgrading to 15.4.

### 1/5 — Ios15.4

*2022-03-21, version 1.21*

Not working anymore since upgrading to ios15.4

### 1/5 — TOO MANY BUGS

*2022-03-17, version 1.21*

Useles app keeps crashing!!

### 1/5 — Not suitable for UK

*2021-06-18, version 1.21*

Doesn’t give option for warfarin so I can’t record my dosage of 8.5 mg. nothing comparable in the choices.

### 1/5 — No way to export results

*2020-04-06, version 1.21*

I've been using this app for six months and have just discovered there is no way to actually export your results. When you use the "Print or email results" resource, it generates a PDF With only 10 results per page. I need a CSV file that can be imported by my Doctor.
Then you can't print or save the PDF, you can only email it. After you enter the information on where to send the email, there's NO button to actually send the email. Don't bother trying to email support, there's no send button there either!
DO NOT USE THIS APP unless you plan to manually retype all your readings.

### 1/5 — Flawed

*2019-07-28, version 1.21*

Not intuitive and limited entry options. Confusing.

### 1/5 — Useless?

*2019-04-11, version 1.21*

First impression - it appears to be useless to me. I am unable to enter past drug dosage a d it does not allow for irregular dosage variations.

### 1/5 — Not flexible enough

*2018-11-11, version 1.21*

Too strict in its interpretation and can’t enter my medication pattern, which took a long time to work out! Also can’t add in confirmation later if you don’t have your phone with you at the time. Unusable as a result

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent product

*2024-10-04, version 1.21*

This app has been life changing!! I have a home point of care INR machine, and over the past year my INR has been within range over 80% of the time. I strongly recommend this app if you need to be on Warfarin lifelong.

### 5/5 — Doesn’t work now

*2022-06-03, version 1.21*

Was a good app but doesn’t work after updating to iOS 15.4 Update. App seems to work again following update to iOS 15.5 but doesn’t have warfarin listed. Perhaps the next update will?

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-05-26, version 1.21*

This app works really well again now that IoS 15.5 has been released. (It had stopped working when IoS 15.4 hit. I wrote to the developer and got a really quick response that this had been unexpected and they were trying to obtain hardware for a fix).
I know people have criticised that you can’t enter historical data if you forget to update the app when you take your meds - I just change the date / time on my iPad and hey presto, you can enter your meds for the day/time you took them.
I like the printable reports and regularly export them to notepad as a back up.
Easy to use and free, what more could you want?

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-04-14, version 1.21*

Please update! No longer works with new iPhone update!

### 5/5 — Good app but stopped working?

*2022-03-24, version 1.21*

Hope it can be fixed.

### 5/5 — Excellent app!

*2022-03-20, version 1.21*

Excellent app which does exactly what it says it will do. However, needs updating as will not open on my iPhone SE any more.

### 5/5 — Good app but could use a little improvement

*2020-01-06, version 1.21*

This is a good app but it could use a feature that users can edit the daily dose if needed sometimes our doses must change to compensate and also if we could add older testing results and back date them that would be awesome sometimes users can forget to record them till the next day I’ve done it a time or two

### 5/5 — Very useful

*2019-02-25, version 1.21*

This is really helpful for keeping up with my INR levels.

### 5/5 — For the next iOS update PLEASE ♥️

*2018-06-16, version 1.21*

FIRST:

WOW♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼♥️♥️♥️

This is SO helpful!! I’ve been on blood thinners for 16 +yrs and this is one of the main pieces of the puzzle that doctors REALLY NEED FROM PATIENTS!!!

If Possible 🙏🏼
Please add a place where we can add comments and/or a rating, i,e.

“I have felt since last test day”
          Rating Scale1-5
1=poor           5=excellent
Something like a rating scale for the common reasons INR becomes out of range, i,e.
Stress
Sickness
Eating vitamin K
Activity Level

Then another for
                Symptoms:

Swelling
GI issues
Headaches
Dizziness
Sleeping

Or just a place where we can add a comment for each test result.

Hopefully y’all can add this on the next update!!!
My doc is going to freak when I hand her a copy of these results!🎉♥️♥️🎉

Many Thanks,
LSwift

### 5/5 — Inr apt logs and graphs results of bloods teat for those taking Warfarin(a blood thinner).

*2017-07-22, version 1.21*

Excellent I used it and told it to the dr. To see if I were in range. When clotting was too high or too low let the user know.
