Перестало работать приложение на андроиде. На iOS тоже не работает. Использовал как инженерный. Почему не работает? С прицелом saim работает корректно.

Super glitchy, doesn’t work half of the time you try to do anything and there is no support to update you RH or RL 25 v1 or v2. However I was able to get the viewfinder feature to work and take a photo but it needs to be pretty close for it to work.

I downloaded this app as directed in the manual for my rh25. The rh25 isn’t even listed under devices, and most of the features and functionality don’t work with the rh25. It’s extremely cumbersome to use with it, as well. This app appears to have been designed last minute, and wasn’t actually tested by infiray. Very disappointed. Buy a $5,000 thermal optic, and the app doesn’t even work.

This app isn’t bad but could do with some work to make it more user friendly. 
I had videos downloaded then synced again which should have moved a lot of new videos into the app but now I have the photos updated and when I try to view videos the screen comes up with a bunch of black play icons and then the app closes. 
Have tried to re- sync 3 times with the same results. 
Not sure what to do to get it back up and running. 
Would also be good to be able to work on custom reticles while not connected to the device. Otherwise custom reticles work as advertised and are a great addition.

После последнего обновления на версию 62, данный прибор перестал определяться приложением. Тоже самое и на андроиде. На андроиде откатился на старую версию и все снова заработало. Прошу срочно исправить данный баг

This app works well for simply getting the videos off your optic and onto your phone. I spent some time designing a custom reticle with the limited options available (supposedly you can upgrade this feature to unlock more reticle features, but this function is broken in the app) and uploaded it to the scope. Turns out you need to complete this process every time you turn your optic on as the custom reticle does not save as an extra reticle as advertised. Hopefully this will be fixed in a software update, as well as fixing the “Shop” tab in the app since it is currently broken.

Verbindung geht zwar, aber das Update kann über die APP nicht durchgeführt werden. Infiray via Mail kontaktiert, und auch da hat man mir nicht weiter geholfen.
Wie soll ich jetzt die neuste Firmware aufspielen?

Die App geht gar nicht. Überladen mit Werbung und unübersichtlich. Das Gerät ist super. Videos und Fotos die nicht direkt mit der App aufgenommen wurden, sind über die App nicht anzusehen oder zu speichern. Man muss dann über eine IP adresse ins ordnerverzeichnis gehen. Geht‘s noch? Wer will denn wärmebild und App gleichzeitig benutzen? Der Entwickler sollte vielleicht weniger Zeit am Schreibtisch verbringen und mal selbst Anwender spielen. Draußen, da wo man das braucht…

The app is not designed by a hunter. Too much advertisement and not enough options for the actual product you spent 5k on. I’m fine with advertising just put it on a separate page than the one you use to operate the scope with. The custom reticle needs a lot more options and needs to be able to edit without the scope being connected. You can connect the scope when you want to upload it. The ballistics on the app is not available on mine but shows it on others. Team up with someone like Ballistic AE and add their ballistics app if you don’t want to build one. Even if it cost to add from the store. Offer more reticle options and colors. 
Add more ability to setup the scope in the app. You should be able to set up the laser rangefinder from the app so you can position the rangefinder reticle faster with the red laser. The shooting reticle should stay on while moving the rangefinder reticle so you can position it around your crosshairs. I will not buy another InfiRay product until the app is improved. They cost too much for the app to be so cheap. Have someone that actually uses it on a gun design it. It should be taken as seriously as the development of the scope itself. Please fix this before you destroy your thermal sales!

Ich nutze die App mit einem FH35R… einzig brauchbare Funktion ist das abrufen von Bildern und Videos. Die Homepage weist als neueste Firmware 0315 bzw. 266-D011–00-M aus… mein Gerät hat die Version 0311 mit diversen Macken… trotzdem wird angezeigt, dass keine neue Firmware verfügbar ist.

The RH-25 is NOT listed in this app and it’s useless to anyone who spent over $5K on an RH-25. I don’t understand why InfiRay would exclude this highly popular and well designed device from the app??
Makes zero sense.

I know this is for the app…ok, fine- the app is great, in fact it’s indispensable for the M6 vehicle mounted camera that I just received after the owner of darknightoutdoors.com mentioned that he’d cut the price in HALF….actually apparently Infiray Outdoors cut the price in half to him because the couldn’t sell the units for $7000, making this affordable.   The app is necessary, without it I don’t think that there is any way I can use the camera.  I have not yet figured out all of the features, what each button does etc. but I have not been this excited about a product since….OMG, I don’t know what.   I am not sure that I’ll leave it up there full time- theft could happen although thieves would probably have a hard time figuring out how to disconnect it and one could also mount this in a way that makes it much more difficult.   The uses for this are infinite…my immediate thoughts are to speak to our Sherriff and offer it to him for missing persons or manhunts or anything else he may need…or the highway patrol…or even local PD.  More importantly, we’ve had wildfires lately and this could save lives, our guys would no longer be blinded by smoke.  The app is indispensable and so far works great, I’ll try it on my ipad next but it works very very well on my iPhone, NO complaints.
