Scam *2023-08-15, version 6.3* I cannot put a negative that’s y forced to put a one star. But this is a post for all to please be careful. It’s a complete scam and disgusting customer care. They proudly speak of Shesham woodwork and quality but it is pathetic. I bought a pooja which was of very poor quality for the amount they charged. Also was delivered 3 weeks later than the date mentioned.But that’s still ok. It can happen . What was worse is on emailing them on the same day of delivery of the return they have just ignored after the auto reply. Even on calling them they spent a week telling someone will get in touch. And finally said nothing can be done. They are playing a very bad game and I’m highly disappointed with this. They said I can’t return the product because their team took more than two days to reply. They have still not sent any official mail regarding the same and have literally ignored my issue. I am taking them to consumer court for this scam procedures they have. Complaint no 218306. ### 1/5 — Fraud website , very poor service and unprofessional *2023-03-08, version 5.8* Hi , I placed a order for consular table. Until the order is placed customer care was attending my calls , after the payment is made no one is attending my call nor replying to my message on what’s app . They are not updating about my order . Very bad experience. Stay away from this app .
