They supply refurbished furniture by polishing them to look new. I purchased a dining table whose top was cracked. They excused by saying it is in the nature of wood that these cracks are appearing. I some how believed and ended up buying a sofa. To my horror it’s back was broken on delivery and they refused to replace it. Offered to nail the broken parts and polish instead. Still the carpenter confirmed that the repair will be visible and will never be like new. Imagine supposedly a new piece of furniture is supplied in this condition. I’m contemplating legal action, anyone who wish to join are welcome, will only strengthen the cases against the fraud company. They proudly speak of Shesham woodwork and quality but it is pathetic. I bought a pooja which was of very poor quality for the amount they charged. Also was delivered 3 weeks later than the date mentioned.But that’s still ok. It can happen . What was worse is on emailing them on the same day of delivery of the return they have just ignored after the auto reply. Even on calling them they spent a week telling someone will get in touch. And finally said nothing can be done. They are playing a very bad game and I’m highly disappointed with this. They said I can’t return the product because their team took more than two days to reply. They have still not sent any official mail regarding the same and have literally ignored my issue. I am taking them to consumer court for this scam procedures they have.
