It doesn’t show some pictures in their entirety, like they appear on instagram. Also, error message comes up when you hit save, so it never actually saves anything. This app definitely needs work. ### 3/5 — Bug issues all the time. *2023-12-22* We greatly appreciate the app's fantastic features, but we urgently require regular updates to address functionality issues that render it temporarily unusable. But now they got really greedy and made it nothing but ads. Have to watch an ad to even launch the app, makes you watch an ad to paste a link. And then you have to watch 3 ads before you can save a post. And half the time the save doesn’t even work and you have to go through that whole process over again. What a fast way to turn a decent app into pure junk ### 1/5 — Recent update added excess ads *2024-06-10* The most recent update added multiple ad spots that make it nearly impossible to actually download anything due to constant mandatory ads running. Before you could drop the URL hit search and watch an ad. A process that took less than a min on most occasions. Now, you open the app there’s an ad, then you drop the URL there’s a longer ad, then hit search an even longer multi tiered ad. Used to be good now it’s back to the App Store! ### 1/5 — Save your time *2023-12-04* Overcrowded with ads. I am not watching 1 minute unskipable video ads. It needs to be at 5 secs max for videos because they already show text ads at times before you can proceed. They’re trying to push their monthly subscription which no one is paying for to download a picture… 🙄 better alternatives out there. I do not mind ads, but the app makes it so hard to click out of ads, putting the X boxes in very inconvenient places or making it difficult to find them. The past 3 times I just tried to download a video, I literally had to close out the app because I couldn’t get off of an ad. ### 1/5 — Ads making the app unusable *2023-08-01* The only way you can save the clip from the app is to watch an ad and click “collect reward” button, however they jam that button literally behind the wifi/battery icons so your phone won’t actually register you clicking the button. ### 1/5 — Freezing on ads *2023-07-28* Was really enjoying this app. But for the last week have had major problems with it freezing on the ads. Can’t get out of the ad and of course that means the you are unable to save the reel. Aggravated. Will be trying a different app. Really thought it would be fixed by now. ### 1/5 — The ads are blocking the app use *2023-06-10* Been annoyed with the adds, however recently the X to get out of the ad once the video/time has passed is now so far up in the corner that you can’t click no it. It’s behind the battery symbol in the top right corner. At first I thought it was just a fluke with the ad that kept coming up, but after a gazillion tries throughout a couple of days it happens with any and all ads. Time to look for a new app. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2023-06-09* This app does not work. When you find a reel and put it in, then you click to download it, it plays an ad. You can’t hit the X on the ad because it’s out of view. Uninstalling the app doesn’t help. Apps useless and broken, because of this. ### 1/5 — 4+ minute ads that restart half the time *2023-02-23, version 1.1.1* Every morning I get to work 20 minutes early to post something that will make people smile when they start their day. And most of it has been ate up by watching ads for an app that does something that should be free. I mean really, what overhead do you have that you need people to spend that much money or feel it’s appropriate to ask them to watch endless ads. Found an alternative and I suggest you do too. They wrote / copied a few lines of code and feel entitled to an endless stream of money. Well, you got a few months out of me and can’t say it’s been pleasant. Just choose the reel, copy the link after going to “share to”, paste or “allow paste” if pops up, and then tap “download Reel” on this app! It’s easy! It goes straight to gallery.
