There is no way to cancel on the app. Once you subscribe, you can’t get out. I wanted to try it for a week, but I can’t cancel it. Do not get this app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. As with all subscriptions, you can cancel in your iPhone settings. This is not fraudulent as you incorrectly assert. Of course, you could have emailed us to ask us how to cancel or Googled it. Hopefully, you have now managed to cancel your subscription.

Definitely not a bed bug bite.

At all. It’s a pay for app that absolutely doesn’t work don’t waste your time or phone space.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, as using AI is not free for us, we do have to pass a cost onto the users but we keep this is a low as possible and do offer free scans so you can’t try it out.

In terms of wasting your phone space, the app takes up less space than 4 photos so I wouldn’t worry about that! 

And finally, our app does work but it uses AI which means you must use it with caution as, as I’m sure you know, AI is not always right!

Lo, I did tarry long upon mine inquiry, patient as the twilight hour, yet was met time and again with naught but vexing missives proclaiming, “Thy request hath timed out.” And when at last the machine did deign to respond, its counsel was most grievously wanting — a hollow discourse, barren of wisdom, offering no true answer as to what strange beast had bitten me. Woe unto such delay and fruitless speech! For I sought knowledge, and was met instead with fog and folly.

I’m sorry, I can’t say I support this app. I took the same picture  of the same bite 3 times and got told it was 3 different things. lol

**Developer response:** Thanks for leaving a review. As with all AI apps, results may vary - particularly in different lighting. This is why we recommend always seeking medical advice if you are not sure. However, our app is about as accurate as possible using current AI technology (which is always evolving). We’re sorry you weren’t happy, but really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!
