I scanned a black flying bug and got a list of warped pictures (they were stretched so much they distorted and could barely be recognized) that looked nothing like the bug I scanned. DO NOT BUY! Zero stars. **Developer response:** Hello. Thank you for letting us know about this problem. But we want to explain a few things: - With a paid subscription, you have an unlimited number of scans available to you. - With a free subscription you are allowed 5 scans per week. If you get a strange picture every time you scan, please email us at taurusworks@taurusworksmob.com and we will try to investigate the problem and fix it. This APP is a SCAM. It does not function as advertised. This app tricked me to signing up, costing me $9.95. It was supposed to be free for the lifetime subscription. I feel that their programmers deliberately programmed it not to work. I do not recommend downloading this App, not even to try testing it. ### 1/5 — Ripoff do not buy! *2025-01-25* Ripoff do not buy. ! ### 1/5 — Fake? *2024-07-30* Downloaded this app with a free trial and all I see when launching the app is a ladybug. The app is terrible the pictures are terrible and the information is wrong. I want a refund I tried contacting you about this situation. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. You probably did not cancel your subscription, so the amount you specified was charged after the free trial period expired. When I tried to get past the rating request, it then requested a payment, and I accidentally put my finger on the home button and just like that, I gave away $13 for a paid subscription I didn't want.
