The Inseego Mobile App provides a simple, intuitive interface for installing and managing one or more Inseego devices. Installation The Mobile App helps users to install their Inseego fixed wireless access (FWA) device in the optimal location to maximize broadband speed in their home, business or enterprise. Installation features are not available on Inseego mobile devices as by nature they can be moved around and don’t require installation in a fixed location. Simply scan the QR code on your device to pair with your phone and get started. After pairing your smart phone or tablet with your Inseego FWA device, the mobile app automatically collects signal strength data from the device’s cellular connection. As you move the device to different locations and adjust the angle or orientation, the app provides easy-to-understand performance ratings. The app has customized installation flows for end-consumers doing self-installation, or for professional installers. Do not get it and I am considering returning the MiFi Pro 4020 device. Super disappointed! ### 1/5 — Useless app and support *2026-04-29, version 2.19.15* I have the M000 pro. The app i was working fine up until recently. The battery state of charge box disappeared unknowingly. I deleted the app and tried to reload it. Now it doesn’t recognize my phone or the device?. Support has emailed me back essentially saying you have to login to view any of the information you’re looking for. He did try to call me once I missed a call. Then there’s absolutely no way of getting a hold of anybody in Tech Support other than via email, which he seems to only answer every two or three days. The app was pretty useful, and much more simple than having to login to the website every time you want to check something simple. Deleted ### 1/5 — THE WORST!!!! *2026-03-13, version 2.19.14* It seems like you are not connected/authenticate with the FX4100. So the device features can not be accessible. Difficult to connect routers, difficult to connect routers, difficult to connect routers. The absolute worst app I have ever used for an ISP router. Inseego really needs to get it together. I don’t know why Tmobile uses this company. They should really reconsider their contract. ### 1/5 — don’t bother *2026-03-11, version 2.19.14* there’s literally no way to set up a mifi pro hotspot. they didn’t include a QR code with the device. when you try manual entry, the SKU fields only allows numerical values - but the SKU is alphanumeric. why even bother building this app if you’re not gonna test or maintain it? ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-03-10, version 2.19.14* I don’t normally rate apps but this is just terrible ### 1/5 — App does not work *2026-02-27, version 2.19.13* This app is so old, not maintained at all. The instructions don’t make sense, and it’s impossible to use. ### 1/5 — Horrible support team; horrible app *2026-02-12, version 2.19.13* Do not bother using their app; it’s incredibly bad; they didn’t bother putting a label on the WiFi device so I couldn’t get the sku number; I was only able to log in through the ip address of the device, after I connected to it. This app is pointless and is nothing more than to take up space on your phone, and perhaps to spy and know what you do within your phone. All you have to do is connect to your WiFi device, get the ip address of your device, put it into your device, and the the page will take you to the page to modify the seatings of your device. Their support team is not any better. They never bothered contacting me - lol. ### 1/5 — No ma’am, Ham, o r Turkey. *2026-01-27, version 2.19.13* Absolutely terrible. Unable to use the WiFi on certain streaming apps, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus. Also, when going into the app, it’s always offline or stating an error for the last month.
