## What is INSELhealth?

Diese App dient als Informationsgrundlage über die Nachbehandlung von bestimmten Rückenoperationen des Inselspitals. 

Um den Wiedereinstieg in den Alltag zu vereinfachen bekommen Sie in der App Informationen zum Krankheitsbild, Spitalaufenthalt, Übungen, Alltagsaktivitäten und Bewegung und Sport.

Als Patient oder Angehörige eines Patienten wird Ihnen ein Bewegungsplan zur Verfügung gestellt. Anhand dieses Bewegungsplans bekommen Sie laufend Information zu Ihren Übungen, Alltagsaktivitäten und Sport.
