Great brands to choose
I’ve been on Insense for about 5 months now. They have lots of opportunities depending on your skill level and I’ve gotten deals from brands after meeting on the app. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
Problem with onboarding
Same issue as others mentioned in previous reviews. I’m unable to complete onboarding as it says my profile already exists. If there’s any technical glitch can you reach out to me?

Rejected for location
My creator account application was rejected because my location is Puerto Rico. As PR is a US territory with standard US shipping and US tax documentation (W-9), 1 am fully eligible to create content and receive products for US-based campaigns.

Love using this app. It’s easy to navigate & the customer service is great.
Not real UGC
Hard to get approved for the app, took me several months/reaching out/emails and I have 100K+ followers and doing UGC for years now. Once you get approved all the deals you see are actually just influencer posts (you have to upload them to your personal pages) which defeats the whole purpose of UGC. I work with lots of creators in the space, all said the same thing about this app… support is just ai bots too.

I just downloaded the app and yesterday and added all my videos from my TikTok page. I even saw they had some really good campaigns and applied to some. This morning I check and get a notification in red saying my profile was not approved bc I didn’t have 1000+ followers/views?!… ( I literally have 14.8K followers and currently at 478k profile views this week). Now I have to wait 2 weeks to ‘reapply’ which is ridiculous theres nothing wrong with my page nor is this my first time doing UGC. Insense do better. 2/10

Continuously crashes
This is my first time ever leaving a low review. I’ve been on this stupid add trying to upload my 4 verification videos and it’s crashed 5 times and just sits on a loading screen forever. 10/10 WOULD not recommend this to new creators. Sorry not sorry.

Buggy app
I just started and couldn’t finish the sign up process because a page got stuck and wouldn’t scroll up.
Not helpful “help center”
My UGC creator account has been put on hold after it being originally approved, and me having worked with brands. Insense put my acc on hold saying I didn’t have enough IG followers, although that doesn’t apply for UGC creator only. I’ve been trying to contact someone for over 3 weeks, going into a month, and no help provided yet. I really liked how much interaction with brands I was getting until this happened. Very disappointed.

Support is almost non-existent
As a new UGC creator, apps are where a lot of us have to start. So when an app suddenly removes your profile, then says oh sorry that wasn’t supposed to happen (after many days of not being able to apply or receive invites), and then doesn’t restore your profile properly meaning you can’t apply to opportunities unless invited…. It’s an awful experience. And that is what is happening right now. I have tried their support time multiple times to no avail. I thought Insense was great to start but this experience has removed them from my list of apps to use for UGC work.

Roberto In Customer Support 💯🙏🏻🎉
I have been a content creator for Insense for several years now, and I encountered some challenges with some payment issues and I have to say that working with Roberto in creator support was so refreshing. He helped me very quickly. The problem that was taking weeks upon weeks to address, he helped me solve in five minutes! I hope people at the top of the company and give him a raise!!!
He is fantastic at his job and my only thought would be to give your creators who work very hard on all their projects access to human communications (aka phone support) more regularly as it’s a much quicker way to solve any issues that arise. Thank you Roberto and Insense and I look forward to working with you on future projects! 💕🎉
