AEA has an error saying "This version of the mobile app is no longer supported" so I had to download the app to read a news article. I should just be able to use the web app.

What is the point if this app if you can’t even access it outside of the Amazon network? Employees will likely have little time to check this while working. I like the idea and look of the app from the screenshots and app info, but seems pointless if we can’t check it in our free time and outside of work.

I work in an FC, this was advertised on the A to Z app yet I can’t even access it. Why advertise it on A to Z when you can’t even use it like A to Z. It’s telling me to use my “Amazon computer” you expect me to waste time at work just to get the company news app? I can’t wait to go to school for free so I can become a software engineer to help fix nonsense like this.

I work in FC and in order to access Inside Amazon we have to do it from the FC's computers because the mobile app it doesn't give us access

When I try to click the chat bubble to see comments, nothing populates and it just stays blank. I tried deleting app and reinstalling, but still the same. I also tried to go through AEA and it just opens the Inside app instead. Please look into this. It started about 2-3 weeks ago.

Just like the AtoZ we can access it at home why why does everything have to be under Amazon Internet? it’s a great idea though something we need to com together on!
