I’ve been trying to connect and it doesn’t work.

Every since the new iOS update I have not been able to open the app. It will start to open and then immediately close. I need it to work please fix this.

I haven’t been able to log in or reset my password. I deleted and downloaded again nothing seems to help. When I tried to create a new account it shows that my email already exists but when I select reset password I shows that the email doesn’t exist. Please help!
