## What is Inside Edge?

InsideEdge is the practice companion for figure skaters. Plan your session, log every attempt rinkside, and watch your jumps, spins and footwork get cleaner week after week.

Built by a competitive figure skater who was tired of scribbled notes and trying to remember how last Tuesday went.

PLAN YOUR SESSIONS
• Build practice plans from jumps, spins, combinations, skating skills and custom elements
• Set a target for each element, or skate it until you land it
• Add your short program or free skate and track full run-throughs

LOG EVERY ATTEMPT IN ONE TAP
• Landed, fell, not clean, under-rotated, popped, two-footed: record what really happened
• Spins: track centering and revolutions
• Live Activities show your session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Never lose a session: InsideEdge recovers it if the app closes mid-practice

APPLE WATCH (PRO)
• Leave your phone at the boards and log from your wrist
• Double Tap counts a clean landing
• Mark program run-throughs done from your wrist
• Works out of range: taps sync when your phone is back

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Clean rate for every element over the last week or month, or your whole history with Pro
• Your most consistent elements and the ones that need work
• Weekly session goal and streak to keep the habit going
• A shareable stats card for every session

SKATE TRACKER
• Boots and blades with hours on the ice
• Sharpening reminders based on hours skated or weeks passed
• Log lessons, freestyles and public sessions

YOUR NOTES, YOUR VIDEOS
• Keep your coach's corrections on every element
• Turn an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube video into a custom element
• Pin a reference video to any element (Pro)

INSIDEEDGE PRO
Logging is free forever. Pro unlocks the rest:
• Unlimited practice plans (free accounts can create 3)
• Your whole history in Metrics (free shows the last week and month)
• Unlimited video imports (free includes 3 a month)
• Reference videos on any element
• Apple Watch logging
