I have requested a refund. The first time the customer service rep couldn’t even find my subscription although I paid for it. I canceled my subscription and deleted app but had to pay one month. Today I tried again. But the Apple TV keeps telling us it is part of bundled subscription even though I have now paid again and is trying a new userid. What is wrong with this app!? I love learning from Monty Don, Alan Titchmarsh Alan Gardner! They are wonderful and gave me the idea to bless my friend who recently lost her mother, by having a group of friends (and a 2-man landscape team with equipment and knowledge) come together with perennials and beautify her yard!
