My card has been charged. The app says I have the subscription when I click on the button to subscribe. But when I try to use the features, it doesn’t allow. **Developer response:** Hi, Can you try to re install the app and then restore your purchase. Restore purchase option is available in app settings (top left corner of the app). If the issue still exist after restoring purchase, do send an email to support@insiderforms.info , we will look into the issue and have this issue resolved. Thanks, Insider Forms Support ### 2/5 — No longer free *2021-02-28* Was pretty good free app, but not subscription based no free option **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, especially for mentioning the app was good in the free version. Insider Forms app was a free app for last 4 years. During this period we had absorbed all the cost for maintaining this app, the cost included data licensing fee, server maintenance cost etc. But off late the price for maintenance has increased considerably and we are not able to take up these maintain cost anymore. The only option we had was either to discontinue this app or make this subscription based. Also the current subscription price we have currently, we would not make any profit. It is only to keep the app running and provide value to investors and users. Other providers charge $25 to $30 per month, for features far less than what we provide. We have developed this app keeping retail investors in mind and have the lowest price available in market. We are sorry to lose existing members, because of this price change, but there was no other way around for us. Our support team will look into it and have it fixed in our next release. ### 4/5 — Great app, room for improvement *2021-02-17* Man this is head and shoulders better than some Other SEC filing apps Ive tried to use. Even better than the SEC site itself to set up notifications! The app seems to struggle with some companies filings. (For example I know company X filed a 13G but the app shows no 13 forms filed for the year). Not sure how it’s pulling the data or it could be the fault of the SEC site integration itself, but I hope the app improves. I’d pay for better notifications for sure. **Developer response:** Thanks a lot for the feed back. We use data from third party API’s. I strongly recommend Only critique doesn't show insider trading in company history or have a place where you can pull up co. To pull a company’s history of insider trades, were you able to try the search icon on top right side of the app. You should be able to search and view (based on symbol and company name) all the history for form 4’s, for the past 1 year. ### 5/5 — Really good free app *2024-07-14* Wow apps like this are hard to come by. Please don’t make it a subscription based so please don’t change a thing :) ### 5/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-03-07* I got this app to receive halt notifications on stocks when they happen in real time. Unfortunately, the push notifications don’t work, and I never get an update for new halts. I paid for the full service too. A waste of money. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. The push notifications issue has been resolved and is working as expected. This has been confirmed by other users also. The notification issues in last 2 days was because of some server migration issues. If you still face issues, kindly check the app notification settings. But the site itself can be cumbersome and not optimized for mobile, especially verifying the insider forms. This app is simple and straightforward without the “features” that aren’t necessarily features. Surya, this is a phenomenal app and keep up the great work.
