This card is robbery and useless. It just spends away at your expense. DO NOT USE THIS CARD!!!!!! ### 1/5 — They are stolen from customers now *2021-12-13, version 1.5.0* Hello my account was closed with fund inside I called several time ask an update about the fund a friend send to me , when I called today a woman saying there is no money on my account what happened to the fund , I have all the emails notifications of my last transactions! Somethings is really wrong I called back several time and no body pick up the phone! ### 1/5 — Cannot get customer service on phone! *2021-09-28, version 1.5.0* I tried to go on website and it will not let me. How does that happen!!!! Then I try to call customer service and you get charged $1.00 every time you call! Rip off!!!! Then, you’re lucky if you get a representative because you have to put your card number in and you have to be fast because my card is on my phone and I have to go back and forth to put it in and if you aren’t fast enough it hangs up on you! You will not get a customer service representative. I’m so frustrated that I’m going to get rid of this card and just use my debit card and take a chance. At least I can get a hold of a bank representative! Goodbye Insight!!!!! Not good customer service and that is IMPORTANT!!!!! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever!!!!! *2021-09-24, version 1.5.0* You can’t talk to a live person, you get charged $1 for every credit transaction and $2 for every debit transaction. They declined my card and still took the money. The app doesn’t work half the time. It made me change my username and password several times. ### 1/5 — Garbage company!!! Do not use! *2021-05-27, version 1.5.0* Someone somehow got ahold of my card information and are making non stop Google play payments using my card. I tried to cancel my card but because it’s not business hours I was referred to the website where I still cannot cancel my card! So far they have gotten hundreds from me with no end in sight until they open tomorrow! Canceling a card should be the easiest thing to do but instead Insight Card makes it the absolute hardest thing to do! ### 1/5 — Avoid this card. *2020-09-29, version 1.5.0* This card is a complete rip-off. This company is taking advantage of people by charging them a $1 on every purchase and $2 to use your pin. I heard they charged to speak to a representative and if your card have insufficient funds. I can’t give them a star. ### 1/5 — This company is a highway robbery! RUN AWAY! *2020-06-25, version 1.5.0* They charge too many fees! I’ve had the card for 2.5 months, to get away from bank fees but have been charged $325 in fees! Using your pin? Fee. Checking your balance? Fee. Loading money? Fee. Withdrawing money? Fee. Calling customer service? Fee. And OMG, the WORST customer service. The call is on a time delay or something so they either talk when u talk or sound like they are ignoring you. Most times your own voice echos back. Obviously a call center outside the us and very heavy accents. Hard to understand. Every time I’ve called, I spend 30 mins on hold just to be hung up on. EVERY TIME! I’m so frustrated by the second time calling that I’m almost in tears! Not to mention how hard it is to get them to believe you when you tell them someone illegally gained your account number and made purchases that you shouldn’t be responsible for. It wasn’t until I started crying and demanding a manager that they agreed to even look into the charges. ### 1/5 — You caint even send money *2020-06-01, version 1.5.0* I have to agree outdated and cannot send money .didnt want to give it a star because that would be a lie ### 1/5 — To many fees *2020-03-29, version 1.5.0* They charge so many fees & you can’t even see the entire disclosed agreement until you sign up with an account. Chime is by far better & has NO fees, I’ll be switching. ### 1/5 — Insight company steals your money! Don’t use their card *2020-03-05, version 1.5.0* If you deposit money they charge you like 3 fees. Whenever you go to take out money they charge you a lot of fees too. Yesterday I put 120 on my card I went to take out $40 and they hit me with so many fees for checking balance and withdrawal many of the same ones over n over that I only had $3 left. They’ve done this twice before. Beware you will lose your money.
