I just noticed that there was an updated for blank screen however I’ve never experienced the blank screen until after the update. So whatever was done caused my app to go blank and only way to fix it is delete the app and redownload it repeatedly

Everyday whenever I click ok the app I get a solid white screen, it works fine 5 times then bam white screen and I have to delete the app and reload it, never had this problem until 10 days ago. Not sure what they changed

App usually works for the use of spotting cars, sometimes there’s issues there too. Other functions that seriously need work are the “tracking” or “movement” aspects of the app. If you don’t open app to spot a car for say 3 hours, you’ll open the app up and have 6 plus infractions for not moving or not driving even though that whole 3 hours I was driving, on foot or stopped very briefly to take notes. This is just one of the main issues though, there’s not enough room here to describe them all. All in all, the app is not terrible but it desperately needs work.

Company rolled it out a few months back. Connected for safety as adding live hits are not straight forward should just be able to add live hit with last 8 of vin and be done no other questions asked. This is poor plan on the back end from the IT team as they are not physically in the feild.

Worked good for the first couple months now it doesn’t count repos correctly. I’ve gotten 23 this month so far and it’s only got me at 19. Just like the rest of these repossession websites……faulty faulty faulty. These IT people should be ashamed of themselves. If you can’t do the job properly then find another line of work.

The app is fantastic, but please eliminate the infractions. They cause distractions while driving, lead to delayed clock-out times, and, on half the occasions, we can’t recall why we even got one.

Very intuitive and helps look at what we are working with when out in the field. Has a few things that I am sure are being worked out. But the tool is helpful and keeps us aligned to a central hub of info for our cases.

Insightt has been working really well for me. It keeps track of all the little things that are easy to miss, and I like having everything in one place where I can see it firsthand. The scoreboard is definitely a favorite—it pushes me to work harder and aim for the top.

I know it’s still new and being improved, but what stands out is how quickly the team responds. Every issue or suggestion I’ve brought up, they’ve jumped on right away and worked to fix it fast. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

Seen some of the bad reviews but haven’t really had those issues. Just small stuff here and there like getting logged out sometimes, nothing major.
Tracking cars in the app is really useful and the leaderboard is a nice bonus. It’s been good for me so far.
