## What is insite work?

Insite.work is an integrated software solution allowing you to manage your assets, sites, work, processes and safety through one easy to use platform.

Designed for both web and mobile, Insite.work can work for any organisation from government departments, enterprise level organisations through to sole contractors.

Our cloud-based system allows workers onsite to generate reports and share information through our mobile app. The app is simple to use and is so intuitive almost anyone can use it with no training.

Operating both online and offline, our mobile app can easily gather information in the field and generate reports, including:
• Pre-Start Safety Checks,
• View site plans, emergency evacuation diagrams and other site documents and information,
• Progress Reports with images and voice recordings,
• Record hazards , asset repair reports and responses to issues,
• Produce audio recordings of Toolbox Talks and have attendance records signed electronically, and
• Generate end of shift reports and hand over reports.

Offline all that information will be immediately available as soon as the field app connects with the web.

Generate SWMS and Safety Management Plans for any site by answering simple questions. You can then distribute SWMS and Safety Management Plans to team members, and have them signed electronically onsite. Never loose an important document again and share essential documents with your team both online and offline.

With new releases scheduled monthly, we are constantly improving the features and delivery of our product.
