Here’s why: delivery always changed my store to a different location. I like the location that is three blocks away. Today, I learned that the location didn’t change. I had to enter the order four times, but I finally got it entered and accepted. I kept typing in the address and as it turns out, the address on the map was completely different. Maggie actually called me back at my number to let me know what address I should use when I called the store to tell her I was having trouble. AND then she called me to let me know the order went through! Try getting that kind of service in this day and age. I wish I could have left her a tip along with the delivery person. I get a free cookie for signing up for the rewards program?! Sounds great, except after 15 minutes of adding it to my cart, deleting it, adding it again and deleting it, shutting down the app and trying again, it never gives you the cookie for free and wants you to just press pay so they can charge you the extra money. The UI is super clumsy. And it charged my cards like 20 times. Maybe it’s just a bug that no one else is complaining about but it’s like they had a 3rd grader as their digital product manager.
