Tells you to breathe in, hold it & breathe out a few times. There’s a babbling brook noise . If you have actual insomnia this is going to do exactly nothing to help you.

omg literally works wonders just lie in bed and you don’t even need premium to fall asleep instantly. i promise i am not a bot who was paid to write this it’s genuinely just a great app. i’m falling asleep just writing this😭

By the time I’m on my 7th repeat 
I feel peace calm ready to sleep importantly 
I haven’t looked at all the music options yet because of my busy schedule but I hope they have alpha gamma theta beta frequencies!!! 
Breath is just like movement they both are medicine. 
Especially rest hehe .

P.s I normally never remember to write reviews

Amazing could you do a app called Maisie and could it have breathing then after you have to do som thing to calm you down more !
