Can’t log in, password hasn’t changed.  Try to reset password no email ever comes.  Useless. No link for customer support

This app barely functions. Have to log in/out to get it to load anything and must randomly uninstall / reinstall to get forms to upload.

Every single day I try to open fleet complete the app goes to splash screen then just freezes. Have to hard reboot app and it goes back to login screen. 

Does not "remember me" even though I selected that option.

After login I get menu system but rest of screen blank, I have to go to menu and select "inspect" to get my list of inspections and can submit. 

If I select "change password" screen goes black, nothing else. 

No option within app to submit feedback.

No option to remove a defect from a report once it's repaired.

This app doesn't allow you to sign up , only log in. If i want to sign up where should I go?

For the past two days I haven’t been able to log in I just get “ error connecting to server”

The app is very unreliable and does not communicate properly with the server to update inspection reports, very glitchy and works when it wants to. Has over doubled our pre/post trip time just waiting for this app to connect and sometimes it never does. Cannot leave app run in the background like any other app if you want your inspections to upload, must log out each and every time. And customer service is even worse, have went months with no response and most of our issues from day 1 have never been resolved, I have found more work arounds in 2 years than I have gotten help from support and issues are never resolved.
