Free trial makes you provide credit card, then does not let you delete subscription if you decide not to continue!  You need to call a 888 number which nobody answers.

As a property inspector for rentals I used every app on the market to include calling everybody. Love this app and the ease of use. All the icons are easy to see and things are easy to find. First inspection was a breeze the reports are the best I've seen.
