Thanks for your help inventory manager team. Great software and very easy to use app - most importantly though it is flexible and easily editable to fit any clients needs / site inspection and scheme. Highly recommended.

TIM is a fantastic tool that every property manager should have. Once you have your template set up, you merely take photos of all areas of your development, add notes on condition, then a full colour report is emailed to you. It couldn’t be simpler! There’s a traffic light system too, ie green is good, amber is satisfactory and red is poor. Overall a brilliant piece of kit. All TIM staff super helpful too and quick to respond to queries. Keep up the good work guys!

Working in the Property Management and maintenance field is often fast paced. TIM made my site meetings so much easier to quickly get important information to my team to issue building maintenance requests. You can add photo’s, voice dictate and use a simple check box style form to create the perfect report for you.

Would recommend.

The app and templates, creates an easy to follow PDF, including photos and signatures, which makes reports easy to store or forward.
