Single. Time. Never been able to create an inspection from the app. Used on both my personal 6+ and work 5s. Useless. ### 2/5 — Program does not function properly *2015-05-15, version 1.7.5* I have been waiting 60 business days, PropertyWare's "priority" response period for resolution on a major bug. Nothing. ### 1/5 — Lost all my progress! *2015-03-02, version 1.7.5* I was about 75% done with a move out inspection after the phone went to sleep I wake the phone come to find out the app does not even have my inspection progress the app needs lots of work! ### 1/5 — Was good, update poor! *2015-01-15, version 1.7.5* This app was working really well, after the update however, it is having a lot of difficulty submitting the inspection at the end. Please fix to perform as well as it did before this update. I have an iPhone 5S and an iPod 5, and both had the same reaction to the update. Propertyware is terrible at addressing any feedback so it probably will never get better. Also, it needs to have more customization options. It uses an enormous amount of battery and shuts down during inspections. Very quirky. They just continue to tell us the issue has been elevated to their tech team. ### 1/5 — Terrible app support *2021-03-30, version 1.9.7* I do not know when the last update was done, i have had trouble for over a year. Today i was rolling along doing an inspection and it completely froze up. I rebooted my IPad and now i can’t clear the 2 inspections that got hung up when it crashed. ### 1/5 — Crappiest app ever! *2020-03-26, version 1.9.7* If I could give it less than one star I would. I had the app crash so many times it is unreal! I finally had to just delete it, take pictures with my phone and send them to my computer. Time and money saver!! *2013-05-14, version 1.3* Propertyware inspections provides a great value of time and money savings. By allowing you to manage the inspection process from your mobile device, integrate directly to Propertyware and generate work orders & inspections reports from the inspection window it saves a tremendous amount of time. The ability to publish inspections reports to owner & tenant portals is also a nice touch. ### 5/5 — Great App *2013-03-30, version 1.1* This app/module has saved us so much paper! My whole team loves it including the fancy report it auto creates. I had 4 inspections unable to sync. Thankfully the pictures backed up to my phone, but now I'm going to have to spend a lot of time uploading those pictures to PropertyWare. ### 3/5 — Program is good but needs work *2014-01-08, version 1.6.2* Program is good but needs work. Inspection uploads get stuck often and the only way to solve it is to uninstall and reinstall the program. Had 600 pictures of a residence and they got detached from the inspection. Still in the process of manually placing each picture in the correct areas. Templates come out different than what is entered in Propertyware sometimes. ### 3/5 — Need Ipad app *2013-03-28, version 1.1* Good start. But you need to create an ipad app. Hard to use on a phone.
