I like the app, it's very easy to operate and looks professional. The downside is that it has a ridiculous price tag with only options of weekly, monthly and annual subscriptions. This type of annual expense is not feasible for somebody who is just starting in the home inspectors business.

Ive owned and operated my own home Inspection firm for 12 years and used this app for almost 10 years now, i am and have always been impressed with this product! Full template customization, affordable allows me to quickly produce professional polished reports! My clients love it! And on top of all that, this company has amazing customer support!!! I have been inspecting homes for 30 years.  I have tried many report writing software / apps.
This is absolutely the quickest way to write a report I have found.  I take all my inspection photos with my iPhone, and I love the way the photos appear automatically on my iPad when I am ready to start writing my report.  I find my clients appreciate lots of photos in their inspection reports, and incorporating them is effortless!
You will LOVE this app, trust me!
