Inspector Owl is a home inspection report app built for independent inspectors.

SPEAK YOUR FINDINGS
- Tap the comment box, tap the microphone on your keyboard, and just say it: "under the kitchen sink there's corrosion on the supply lines."
- Inspector Owl matches your words against a 136-defect library and suggests the finding: professional wording, severity and your own note, filled in with one tap.
- All matching happens on your phone. Nothing is recorded, nothing is uploaded.

A DEFECT LIBRARY THAT SPEAKS INSPECTOR
- 136 pre-written defects with vetted professional wording and severity already set (Safety, Repair or Info), from GFCI and TPR valves to polybutylene, knob-and-tube and mud tubes.
- Add your own defects; they suggest themselves the same way.

PHOTOS THAT PROVE THE POINT
- Attach photos straight from the camera, then mark them up with arrows, circles and boxes right on the photo. The original photo is never altered.
