This software is outdated and full of bugs. Customer service is also lacking. You and your company will be happier with EZInspections.com. They were caught recently when they sold a list of names and email addresses to another company ### 1/5 — Can’t give 0 stars? *2021-02-11, version 5.9.2* CEO is snarky, never accepts feature requests or addresses bugs until it hits his purse. 5 years have been reporting clients fraudulently manipulating orders by reassigning them after they are completed and uploaded. This encourages shady clients to rip off its vendors. Camera Zoom broken for ages. Never fixed. Android version is a joke. We used to use InspectorADE almost exclusively and now only use it when absolutely last resort. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2020-11-08, version 5.5.1* Too much depends on who loads properties They’re obviously copying from templates, but NOBODY CHECKS the templates for relevance and accuracy. Too many different requirements for same type of inspection. Should be able to undelete. Why are there different labels for same thing Eg. Steps to finish orders seems difficult considering changing pages(screens) has to happen. I am getting sick of the stress this app is causing me while I try to earn my living. Altisource forms are completely screwed up asking for pics that have no relevance to the job and useless questions that we are forced to answer even if it doesn’t pertain to the job. This app is utter garbage. EZMobile is soooooo much better. Changes are put in the app before they are properly tested. Changes are very imperfect and wastes the time of the users.
