Some parts are complicated, unintuitive and not user-friendly. Insperity makes it impossible to report anything to app developers to fix. This company and the service they provide is absolute garbage. Paycom infinitely easier to use and more user friendly. My company even had Insperity host an orientation of sorts to help us transition and the person hosting was truly unhelpful.
