The Insperity Retirement App is a read-only app that lets you view your 401(k) account and current plan information any time from your iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch®. For online transactions, visit the Retirement Service Center. That’s why we ask that you do two things before using the Insperity Retirement App: 1.Make sure that you have created a unique user ID and password for the Insperity Retirement Service CenterSM before you log in using your mobile device. You can do this by logging in to the Retirement Service Center and changing your user ID and password under the Security tab of the My Information page. 2.The first time you log in using your mobile device, you will be asked to register your device through the Retirement Service Center. Once you have registered your device, you can begin using the app to check your 401(k) account at any time. If you have trouble logging in, contact the Insperity 401(k) Contact Center at 888-401-5273 or click Insperity Retirement Support (link provided) to access the mobile app user`s guide. Please fix it otherwise this app is useless. ### 1/5 — A year later, still no improvement - can’t log in! *2020-02-06, version 1.7.3* The title says it all...I noticed someone found the same thing I did a year earlier. Can’t login! In other words, it really doesn't do anything at all other than display account info. It doesn't even let you acknowledge account alerts, which cause that annoying red bubble to show up on the app icon. Even to dismiss that, you have to go to the actual website to acknowledge the alerts (select "see more" in the Alerts box)...
