Hasn’t worked for many months. *2026-08-25, version 26.01.05* Customer support said there is no app support and there is no IT department. How inspiring. After entering SMS code which flashes the keypad with every digit, after putting in credentials, message received is “We couldn’t complete your request Something went wrong. Please try again.” Can log in on iPhone with same iOS version or browser anywhere. App version is 26.01.05. ### 1/5 — Upload no load *2026-08-25, version 26.01.05* 80% of the time the documents don’t load. When they ask for additional information there is no place to add it the claim. You then have to call to email the document. Won’t let me log in, even though the same login info works in their website. Not that it matters much because they keep rejecting my charges, forcing me to upload more receipts, rejecting again, more uploads. I have been a user and fan of FSAs for decades. Brilliant idea. Recommend them to everyone. Why give away free money? But during our open enrollment next month I am going to pass.
